Today I logged into he game which i have been playing relatively reliably since launch. (outside of the usual rampant bugs) But when I logged in today 1) my special jump does not work, I cannot mantle onto anything and I cannot pull out any on my weapons, they flash on screen for a second then immediately disappear without showing their HUD or anything. I have tried quitting the game, saving and loading over and over again. But nothing is fixing this. Has anyone else ran into this issue?

Update: This big comes from fast traveling, found this out by fast traveling after I fixed the bug by loading an old save and it happening again. So to those that see this. DO NOT FAST TRAVEL until this gets addressed/fixed, if it happens at the wrong time you could lose hours of progress.
