My question is simple, if i pre-order the game on GoG, (ofc) does i receive the code for playing the game on my mail or in the physical stuff when i get delivered ? (sorry for my pretty bad english)

When bought on GOG.com the game and extras are entirely digital (and are attached to your GOG.com account), there is no physical version sold. Only when the PC version is bought from physical retailers can you obtain the physical box and extras (which include a digital code for GOG in the box).

See the official Cyberpunk.net pre-order page which points users to physical retailers if you want the physical version of the game.
