When it comes to working out builds for Ability Scores, I figure all Builds need Cool, and every build needs either Body or Tech for opening doors and such. My last build was a Heavy Body and Cool bruiser that cohld just smash through every combat like a train. But for my next build I want a true Netrunner with Intelligence, Cool, and Tech. I figure start them out with 6 Intelligence, 4 Tech, and 6 Cool. Prioritize getting each ability to 7 and then pump Intelligence to 12 before increasing Tech to 9. Follow that with Intelligence to 14 then Cool to 9, and next Intelligence to 16 and Cool to 11 or 12. Finally Intillgence to 20 and go Tech & Cool by 2 split evenly up the levels.
But I'm just a bit unsure how smart this approach is. Based on your own experiences in the game, what are your thoughts for Ability Score prioritization with Netrunners, and how do you see leveling them up?

Don't split stats, go for 20 intelligence as soon as possible. Legendary ping is what makes runners OP and you need 20 intelligence to unlock the skill to craft it. The rest is just gravy.
I'm under the impression that there is no "must have" in this system.
You can make whatever you want and unless you want something specific from given attribute or skill, you can play full game with attribute at 3 and 0 perks in that skill.

You might think netrunner needs Cool for Stealth but there are hacks that let let you distract or disable enemies in the way that you can sneak around.
