I just tried the Beat on the Brat final mission. Razor is no longer obscenely powerful. He hits hard, but not enough to one-shot me. Counter attacks actually work (keep in mind, you'll still take damage). The reward is also increased. You get $20K for beating him (up from $3K).

Neat!

I play on Hard and I remember how long it took me to finally put him down... For a measly 3K :P Nice to see the bout's a little more worthwhile.
