Anyone else not been able to get the witcher registration rewards in game?

Bought straight from gog and launch using galaxy but the rewards never showed up, when i try to use the "my rewards" option on the game's main menu it gives a error telling me to use the galaxy app while logged into my gog account

it's like the galaxy isn't communicating with the game, i use galaxy to launch and i am logged into my account, was hoping one of the beta patches that fixed the overlay not working would fix this also but haven't been able to even get galaxy to update to the lates beta patch, tried uninstalling and re-downloading it but after getting one of the newer beta patches where they broke the overlay again it just takes the install to 2.0.28 so now my cloud saves are broke again to lol
