Since we can reset the perk points, is there a way to reset the attribute to work on another spec ?

Sadly no.

Another way to gain some extra attribute points as below.
You can use the console command as below to set your level which would give you additional attribute points to allocate as per your need.
Install Mod Cyberpunk Engine first then use this command.
Game.SetLevel("Level", 30)

Not exactly "reset" but I hope you might find this useful.

I heard that you can respec for $100k at a ripperdoc. If it's true, I don't know which one has it.

You can reassign only perks points, you cannot reassign attribute points. It could be done using Tabula E-Rasa. Any ripperdoc would have it for $100K. When you ask ripperdoc what they've got switch to the "Trade" tab instead of "cyberware" that is selected by default (not too intuitive, a bit hard to spot). On that tab you would find what they have for sale and among other things you would see Tabula E-Rasa.
Also check out what rippers have for sale b/c lot of times they have quite need mods (for example Vik has legendary eye implant mod that bumps crit damage).
