According to the complete guide book there is a legend (pag.83) with all interaction icons on the map. There is an icon called "technician" with the same simbol of the technical ability.

Since I completed the game 2 times and I maxed both times technical ability because "yes" I want to manage my crafting at best, I was wondering why not implement technicians as NPCs who do this for us for money (or somenthing else)!!!!

I dont know if this would unbalance the game and make the actual skill useless so nobody will not max it anymore, but im sure a multibillionare company can find a balance.
