Hey,
GTX 1080 Ti owner her.
While we wait for CDP to (hopefully) activate more AA/filtering options, and beside changing some in-game options (no film grain, chromatic aberration, motion blur) you can reduce blurriness and get a much sharper image by going to the Nvidia control panel, then adjust the "Image Sharpening" settings to your liking (you can also do that with the Geforce overlay, but that might reduce game performance)
For me, 0.65 sharpen and the default value (0.17) for "ignore film grain" is ideal. Please note that increasing the sharpen value too much could result in visible artifacts and a very artificial image.
You will definitely notice improvements if you take screenshots (with printscreen) before and after. Differences, of course, will be more evident or subtle depending on the sharpening value and what element of the environment you are looking at (and how close).
But hey, for now it's better than noting and it's a quick thing to do, with no particular hassle or peformance impact.
