It just hit me:
Cyberpunk 2077 is meant to be our world in the (dystopean) future. Therefore, the retrogame-fans in Cyberpunk would probably still know (and love) a 60-year-old game called Witcher 3 - Wild Hunt.
Ciri mentions in Witcher 3, she has visited a where "people had metal in their heads, they used megascope like devices to wage war from a distance and everyone had a personal flying ship"
This hints at a sidestory in Cyberpunk featuring Ciri!
So, if Ciri actually is in Cyberpunk 2077, this would create the ultimate paradoxon - a character from a (then) "retro videogame" who is visiting the real world, and even mentions this visit 60 years earlier in the retro game!
crazy stuff :-D
