After over 250hrs without any problems - CP2077 just flatlines after first CDPROJEKT RED text.
No mods, no new updates, no new drivers. Yesterday played totally fine, but today - nope XD.
I reinstalled the game but no difference.

Any idea why it stopped working?

Yep same issue. I traced the process calls back to Nvidia DirectX shader cache. Navigate to C:\users\[USERNAME]\appdata\local\NVIDIA\DxCache (appdata is a hidden folder).
Delete everything you can in this folder, some files will refuse to delete, skip them. Game should launch after a short delay to rebuild shader cache. I have to do this EVERY TIME I launch the game.
