Is anybody else having issues with getting the 100% achievement for the Badlands to pop? I finished everything according to some online maps and I don't see any more NCPD stuff on the map either, yet at achievement is still not unlocked.

I got this achievement. Maybe you missed a few "assault in progress" markers? There are a few near the south perimeter. If you've done everyting according to the guides, then it's just another bugged achievement that sometimes works, sometimes not...
