Two incredibly annoying characters I think. Jackie just cannot shut up while you're in stealth "Quick V they'll spot you". No shit, that's what the beep is for... and when it really matters while you're in arasaka's room he's practically yelling "We're over here, catch us, catch us". Like shut up bitch.

Tutorial characters always are, telling you shit that a 2 year old could figure out.

Yes, tutorial characters might be annoying to such pro-level, best of the best, elite demigod of a player like you, but you should be used to it by now anyway.

the whole johnny story was spoiled to me a week prior to launch without warning by IGN on YT, I think it was, and nobody said/did anything about that.

Yeah the Jackie / Bug banter was annoying, but it was nice to have a buddy in the story since the game is single player. At least Johnny is sort of around sometimes.

And yea I didn't think Bug died either , I thought she was just dumped until Jackie flipped out about it. I was like huh? Then the vendor talks about how painful it was for Bug to die I was like geez.. ok.

I felt that way about Jackie, but, not T-Bug. At least with Jackie, it felt like the friendship was real. T-Bug just felt like a contact to me.

I feel that a lot of "prologue" characters had far more mileage that could be used. I would not go for the Game of Thrones change of scenery that has happened so soon.

I said a two year old could figure this stuff out, meaning that this could be a two year old's first video game ever and they'd be smart enough to know what to do without tutorial characters telling them. After all, there are pop up screens explaining the game in greater detail than the tutorial characters.

Besides, these are minor characters that have no actual role in the story, to call this a spoiler is rather silly. The game doesn't even care enough about T-Bug's death to give her a send off... and Jackie is just needlessly milked. 30 min in and the guy is already dead, why should I care?

Because she is such an unimportant character that the writers couldn't even be bothered to give her a proper name.
