Hey, i got this problem that whenever i enter a floor in the BoS base, their members accuse me of stealing and starts shooting at me. If i re-load the game at a earlier point, they still accuse me of stealing and start shooting. Closing the game has no effect too. Did anyone had the same problem as i had and if yes, know how to fix it? Thanks in advance.

Did you pick the lock without the electronic lock pick?

I didn't picked any lock there. :( But i see i don't get this bug if i go visit each floor till i reach floor 4. Thanks anyway guys. :)
EDIT: Or not, seeing the next time i do it, they think i'm stealing again. =/

i read a couple of FAQs/walkthroughs, and i'm wondering if you talked to michael about getting anything from the storage room? from what i can tell, he'll offer you some items from the storage room if you talk to him; however, i get them impression that you're only supposed to take the items he said you could take -- nothing more. if you took more than what you were allowed to, perhaps that is why everyone is accusing you of stealing.

I'm pretty sure you can't do that. He'll give you what you are authorised to get and that's it.

If your speech skill is high enough, you can convince him that you *need* equipment that you really don't need.

I indeed have the power armor from the parts on the 3rd floor and that thingy i got from Michael (thanks to that high speech skill). I actually have a hardened power armor (upgraded at Boneyard) cause i'm ready to take on the military base. That said, they still accuse me if i don't wear it. :(. Only happens at the 3rd/4th floor tough, and there's a small chance they won't say a thing.

That's really weird. Maybe you got Childkiller?
Can't be negative karma, I joined the BOS once with a kill-em-all character. Didn't you try to steal someone there? Or pissed of Rhombus or something?

My karma is about somewhere at 60 and never talked to Rhombus. I did used steal to look up which items a brother had, never took anything. :/

yeah, they can detect you looking, that's probably why they figure you're a thief then.

I know this is super old, but in case anyone else happens to have this trouble and searches for a solution I have one.

I had a saved game inside the brotherhood compound and every time I loaded it, they began to attack me. But if I loaded the game and instantly went to my inventory and exited, they didn't attack.
So if this is happening to you just open your inventory before any combat begins and hopefully that will stop the cycle.
