Similarly I've also been trying to keep my resolutions bite sized. Mostly it was to finally get a mouse pad for my desk at work (went with one by Frank Frazetta and NO it's not the Death Dealer or Conan, lol), get a new phone because my Xperia's charging port went bust (I kept forgetting to clean it and two years later it finally bit me in the behind), and get some new winter gear(this one's still a work in progress though because we got hit by two snowstorms this weekend and last. I mostly just need some sweats and more hats).
I did it! So proud of myself! :P I picked up the phone this morning and finally dialed my doctor's office after months of procrastinating. Booked a rendezvous for a full medical check-up. :) I also phoned a nearby dental clinic to book an appointment for repairing a fallen filling. Both visits are scheduled towards mid February, but since my resolutions were to actually "book" those two overdue appointments, I consider that as a great accomplishment. ;)

Now, I just need to finish reading that book...

I can empathise with this. If you're the King, I'd have to be an Archduke or some such thing.

Good job. Now just make sure you don't cancel the appointments! :D
