So, as the title implies, I have a question regarding GOG Connect. The question is, will the games that I transfer from my steam library to GOG via GOG Connect be entirely mine right away or will there be an option for me to keep them as gifts?

Games added through Connect, will seat in your own library,

No option is avaible to gift them. If i properly understood your question.
