liadanaf: is that normal?
I bought BG3 - I was hoping it would be more stable than it was for me during early access but it isnt
so the same day I asked for a refund - its been a week and still no refund
what should I do?
Sachys: So you already purchased the same game and presumably refunded it previously?
That might be an issue.
Sounds like similar stupidity with No Man's Sky. Someone demanding a refund because the game wasn't working, so they planned to re-purchase it the next week. My advice was to just wait and not waste everyone's time.
If the price was the same in early access vs now, i don't see why you'd go for a refund if you planned to repurchase it later, unless you're
REALLY hurting on funds (
to which you shouldn't be buying games, but whatever). Digital goods aren't like a physical products, so getting a refund to get an 'updated version later' doesn't make a difference.
I personally bought a nice big TV from Walmart; I then returned it and got the same model TV from Walmart (
done as a swap). Why? The TV didn't have a VGA port that i wanted so i could use it as a monitor, but the same model same manufacturer and same TV same price side by side DID have a VGA port (
which is what i wanted in the first place), so the swap was easy and fast. But that's physical goods.
