It's not a synonym for science fiction, there has to be something "cyber" and then also some "punk". Obviously people have different definitions on how much all that has to be in the game for the genre, or thematic description, to be cyberpunk.
Especially some racing games which have synthwave music and scifi scenery labelled as "cyberpunk" are very confusing. What's "cyber" in that, where's the "punk"?
Steam has plenty of those, I think there may even be a couple on GOG.

Deux Ex is probably the big one and a reason why I wish Cyberpunk kept third-person. Deus Ex already does the cyberpunk first-person pretty well so cyberpunk doing their game in third person would have let it be more unique as well as let CDPR capitalize on their expertise in third person gameplay from the Witcher.
I recently played Foreclosed through PS Plus which is a decent cyberpunk-esque game. Since it is indie, the game is quite short and the gameplay itself doesnt do anything that brand new (basically third person shooter with character able to do telekinetic abilities). Maybe not worth a buy but a pretty cool experience.

Crosscode has a cyberpunk tag, but don't really know what fits it that it's cyberpunk.
Anyway it's like you are playing inside a mmo game but with story, rpg elements and puzzles, hardcore puzzles lol.
Oh and interesting boss fights

Sorry, had to get that one in.
Do you want "Wow Cool Robot" Cyberpunk; the aesthetic, or do you want class warfare, stratas of depth, and the actual themes of Cyberpunk?
Anyways, here's a Mobygames list.
Yes, I think the Cyberpunk 2077 *story* is good, but the game itself, I'm not interested in personally. Maybe I'm old school, but I always prefer a good story over flashy graphics and instant gratification. Story rules all for me.
