Receiving bullshit chat/PM's and it's easy enough to block. Is there a way to remove their stinking avatars that stay behind?
This question / problem has been solved by PookaMustardimage
As far as I'm concerned, there's none a way to do that. You could always use image blockers though but that'll hide the images, the chat buttons will still remain left behind in your chat window.
Doesn't blocking people remove them from the chat list?

No, it doesn't. They remain on your chatlist, and they'd even show up in the online list of your chat. You just can't talk to them and they can't talk to you.

Odd.. I was sure the one blocked person I had didn't show up in my list, I'll check later though.

Then again, it was an imposter account so it may have been locked and deleted and that's why.

No,they are still there.I suppose the next thing that Gog could work out as I have a lot of them just sitting there and it's getting a little crowded:)
We should be able to delete them from our chat if we decide to block.

I would suggest that merely clearing the conversation should remove the icon, and that it should only be listed when there is at least one message.

Done that and the icons stay.
Also some of them just appear out of the blue without any message.

That happens if someone clicks on "Start Conversation" without actually writing anything after it. You still see them appearing in your chat window. Just another sign of the less than optimal implementation of the chat.

I'm didn't mean that's the intended behaviour, but rather what I think is logical.

Okay, but if it worked that way as in clear conversation and icon goes then you would be looking for that person's icon again (via forum search) to have another conversation. That would be a nuisance:)
