Those were given away almost for free by the still living 3DRealms, when losing the rights to the games to Gearbox. It was a sale for the fans of the games and to hurt Gearbox by making them lose potential buyers in the future. This will not happen again in this case.

Here? If Telltale REALLY GOES into bankrupcy, then the person in charge (lawyer) will try to make as much money as possible from these games for all people, who still must get money from Telltale. There are lawsuits ongoing as you might have heard...

He will NOT have in mind to start a sale to minimize the worth of the games in the end. We are not talking selling off old games/toys in stores to get them out of the store for a cheap buck, we talk digital goods here. There is no sense in selling them off deep cheap, it is the last time for most of them to be sold by Telltale unfortunately...
