Some people who have already received the update report several bugs with it. The two worst seem to be:
*) Huge CPU consumption in combination with older Intel drivers on some CPUs. Update you Intel drivers before installing the Windows update.
*) An OneDrive sync error that can wipe all your personal data. The logic is probably: "If a file isn't on your OneDrive account it's not supposed to be there.". The problem is that this logic seems to be applied also to folders that aren't connected to OneDrive at all. So make sure you backup the Documents folder of all users before the update hits your PC:
Alternatively (if your version of Windows 10 allows that) you can delay that update and give Microsoft some time to fix it.
Doing nothing is not recommended since the update has already started distributing.
