I just bought the Ballance game released today, it seems to be the German version! You can't seem to change the language either, any else getting this?

I don't own the game myself (yet), but I guess what Darvond said might be the cause:
Maybe the game offers downloads for different languages, and you (accidentally) chose the wrong one?

I had this problem as well.

To solve that, go to the game directory, and run `lang.bat`. This should allow you to set the proper language (German was the default, for whatever reason).

If your using GOG Galaxy you can also click on the settings icon next to Play on the game page and select Additional Executables ---> Ballance Language Selection

Once it opens you can use the matching number to set the language for the next time you launch the game.
