It shouldn't affect adding the actual game to GOG.

Combine frequent early patches with a desire to avoid day one piracy and you've got a recipe for delayed releases even from companies that generally support GOG.
As for loss off day 1 sales, well, they lost mine. I have no hurry to buy it, ever. But that’s a minority they can safely ignore, so doesn’t matter. Don’t know why they don’t just release ceg games here, obviously no reason not to anymore...
