If you mean buy and download it, and then give it back and get your money back: The answer is no.

The reason is that GOG is entirely DRM-free: If you download and backup the installer nobody can it take from you again. Unlike Steam, where when a game is removed from your account, it's gone.

However, some games have demos you can download and play for free. And if you're just looking for any game to play, you can try the freebies: https://www.gog.com/games?price=free&sort=popularity&page=1
There's also that Ziggurat game for free on the front page of the website as well you can try:

Only if it's a InDev game, then you can refund it for any reason within 2 weeks or so. Otherwise look around for some demo, if that don't exist look up some gameplay on YouTube or Twitch.

Create an account (which you already have done), go to browse games in the store.

Select "FREE" for price, and pick one, or pick all.

Some of those free games are full games which are distributed as freeware, but a couple of them are free demos of games that you can purchase if you like the demo.

Additionally, there are some limited free promos, and GOG Connect which allows you to claim some games which you already own on Steam.

There are also some giveaways on the forums where people give out extra codes for games they already have etc.

If you want to try a specific game, as in "try before you buy", there's no way to do that. Legally, at least.
Just like before, it's a spam account. Please, ignore and move one.
