Well recently GOG added the Canadian currency, that's great and all but the pricing for most of the games is a lot higher on GOG than Steam. It seems GOG is just doing a direct conversion of USD to CAD, which they might as well left the currency as USD as then it would be less work on them to keep the prices updated based on the current exchange rate. If they even change the prices to match that is. So on Steam KSP is $43.99 CAD, on GOG it is $51.69 CAD (without the sale). Darkest Dungeon is $27.99 CAD on Steam but again $32.29 CAD on GOG. The point of having different currencies is so that you don't use the conversion rate. In any case there are a bunch of games on GOG that are also on Steam but they are priced cheaper on Steam than on GOG for CAD. Are there any plans to change this?
it's been like that with a good few games. not sure why but you have the option to go to US instead of CAD so you at least get the proper conversion.

I did noticed prices here are high but on some major games not all. Maybe prices are a bit higher here due to it being DRM Free? who knows you should ask support or one of the blue's they might know.

Maybe try reading some of the older threads? The answer you're looking for might be there...

The Cdn dollar is stronger vs. the US dollar, yet GOG continues to short change it. I'd like GOG to use a more responsive conversion system.
