WinterSnowfall: Cyberpunk/Sci-Fi point'n'click adventure? Say no more! Backed. Thanks for letting us know!
Hehe you're welcome, hope it gets backed as well, i backed it too right away.
I'm trying to spread the word as it seems not many people have heard about it right now.
Darkside Detective wants to go into Second Season

My experiences with the game and the devs were really good. If you liked Darkside Detective or are into humorous takes on H.P. Lovecraft and supernatural issues with some light point and click it's wort to check it out.

I already asked the devs on discord about the possibility of DRM free backer rewards ... reply pending.

Seems unlikely. Just got my reply:
"Don't worry, we're going to support DRM free, We may do it through Humble store though"

I have to correct myself : According to some comments on their kickstarter page they WANT to be on GOG again so my reply obviously only wanted to say that they cannot be sure GOG would accept them again.

Hmm, odd.
Well, it would be great to see it on GOG (c'mon GOG, make it happen). But if not, at least it's DRM-free.

Yep. Now we need to back them or there won't be any second season at all :)
Between the Stars is a space action video game with traces of RPG, management and roguelike elements.

The demo was decent and I pray they do something about controls in final release.

To whom it may concern, I have asked the devs if they plan to release a DRM-free version on GOG/Humble Bundle and their reply was: "Yes, we want to release the game on GOG and Humble Bundle."

Nothing is certain yet of course, but at least the intention is there. It's enough for me to be worth the gamble.
Through The Moongate is a two volume book about the history of Ultima and Origin Systems. It has the involvement of the likes of Richard Garriott and Warren Spector among many others and looks like a great read for Ultima and Origin fans. There is a sample chapter on the Kickstarter.

The Kickstarter for the English localization of SRPG/Visual Novel hybrid "VenusBlood: Frontier" has launched very recently.
In the game you play as Loki trying to defeat the Odin's army and take over the Yggdrasil. More information can be found on VNDB.

The Sundew
"The Sundew is a 2D retro-style point'n'click adventure game that will take you into a dark cyberpunk world where the boundaries between good and evil become blurred.

The prototype and the story of this game have been strongly inspired by classic LucasArts and Sierra’s games but also by new representatives of the genre (Wadjet eye games, The Last Door, ...), cyberpunk worlds and Sci Fi authors like Philip K. Dick and William Gibson."

Seems original and interesting, especially the graphics and inspirations.

Seems like they added spanish and german to the demo version.
Only about 2 weeks left to back this, guys ! It's a pixel art point'n'click adventure game, we need more of those ^^
And it will be drm free, come on !

The game looks nice, but I don't like that you have to pay at least 100 euros to be able to access all areas of the game.

That's not what it is. It's a backer exclusive but it's not a real part of the game iiuc (if i understood correctly ^^).
I think it's more of a small easter egg than a real area.

You only need to pay 6€ (5 if you're an early bird) for the game ;)

rgnrk: Not yet, but on September 5th, a potentially extremely interesting kickstarter:

Nighthawks

"Nighthawks is the new urban fantasy RPG from Wadjet Eye Games (The Blackwell Series, Unavowed) and writer Richard Cobbett (Sunless Sea, The Long Journey Home)"
Backed. Can't go wrong with Wadjet Eye, and it's a fine-looking game.
Any idea about their stance on DRM? The FAQ don't say, and I don't want to go rummage through a million comments...
