InkPanther: Just tried to change my password to test this. It turns out you can't without access to email, they send you a password reset link. So unless OP clarifies a couple of things...
Exactly. We need clarification on how somebody can actually spent 600+ hours on GWENT :D

If someone got his GOG account and email (was he using same password for both?), then what wpegg said could well be true.

I know, but as I've mentioned, until OP actually provides some more information, we're in the dark. And, judging from his participation so far, I kind of doubt OP's gonna do it.

Yes, yes, anticipating "but if he's unable to log in..." I can reply, it's easy to create another account. ;P

Just changed my password in Chrome. My active login in Firefox expired/I got logged out automatically.

Hmmm, I guess the only explanation then is that he has 2 accounts, and having lost the first one, he first rebuilt his 600hrs of Gwent before informing GOG of his loss. I have to say, that's some dedication to Gwent.

Yeah, guys, the funniest thing is that i had 2(!) accounts both approximately 650 hours for those who tryingto crack jokes bout one) Loved to play, i dont know, it was kinda relaxing.But the second one was managed poorly so its practically new and empty. Clarifying the situation - i changed the mail it was connected to maybe a couple a weeks ago, shut down the 2factor authentificatin, and probably the account been restored to the mail i lost control of. And you were right, the gog.com session is still on, so i can see the new user, but cant do anything.

The email on which you opened the ticket, you still have access to it? Check if reply didn't end up in spam folder.

If not, PM one of the blues with the ticket #.
