So here i was, reading updates, checking south korean auto show girls dancing, feeling as a happy male in general when suddenly my brain noticed something which made my heart cheer up like a marshmallow that made first contact with the flames that will turn the whitish turd into something much more desirable.

Stardock's mega rts is gettting a new update!
new graphs, ai improvements, engine updates !!! like ... WOW !!!

and today was the day the new patch could be downloaded which of course i did without any regard for any waiting line. I needed this update today. I must play anything right away that is labeled with AI IMPROVEMENTS. I'm that sort of guy you know ?!

So after firing up the game the first thing i did was run a benchmark to see if the settings needed any adjustments ( currently set on high ) and boy ... " WAs I in foR a Rush !! "
but to be honest, those figures are damn scary, 70 % load on the cpu which i figure .. is like .. Whot???
Is this all core? or single core? and why do my temps stay low? Is it figurative, a bland estimate or just a whistle of air imagined to give some form to a abstract figure never ment to be put in words, like say , gods wish you know? ? ? ?

Did you ever, feel that? your mind going numb saying, " This won't do sir " ??

the new effects are amazing btw!

:O

no-one???

i'm so quaint :'(
<shrug>

It is the type of game to put a load on the CPU so nothing special about it whatsoever.

Did you not buy your PC in order to put it to good use? ;-)

i have absolute no idea what's this is about.

but u suspect you talking about CPU workload that's mostly a thing you try to avoid.......
Well, the game, which you just lost:

The way I see it, a proper game should have a notion that each player needs some form of player consent, that the players take explicit action to start playing it. The game violates this, as can be seen by the first rule listed on the Wikipedia article I linked to.

true true, i do remember in my younger years i really feared nothing but nowadays, maybe i'm just overreacting
( it is a miracle my i7 920 managed to survive that long, i really mistreated it, during summer, man man )
