Hey Guys. bought phantom liberty a few days ago. Got the confirmation email. Money left my account. I launched the game on Geforce now and Phantom Liberty was working and installed. Now its missing entirely. Its not in my order history on GOG and its not showing up under cyberpunk dlc in GOG Galaxy. If I go to the store page for the DLC it acts as if I dont own it and will let my buy it again. The transaction isn't pending in my banking, its gone through 100% and I got the confirmation email saying I bought it.

If that don't work, you need to contact support

Yeah still nothing. Already contacted support, was hoping maybe someone else has had something similar and had a fix. Thanks though.

You did buy it from GOG?
And the "Confirmation email" was one of GOG's?

I am in the same situation. 5 days without a response in my support ticket (typically in 24 hours). At least, one member of support team has informed me in my topic, so I will share:

"Thank you for contacting us. We apologize for the delayed response.

Currently, our technical support team is experiencing a high volume of inquiries, which has resulted in longer response times than usual."

Yeah, I bought it through GoG galaxy.

Well if you already put in a ticket, then just be patient.
