Oddly, I don't think I've replayed from start to finish any RPG, even though I have replayed lots of games from start to finish, but they have been either RTS, FPS (action) or adventure games. Like Starcraft and Age of Empires 1-2, Age of Mythology, Serious Sam and Half-life 1-2, I've replayed them several times.
I did restart Baldur's Gate several times, but that was due to forgetting what I was doing, or not being happy with my main character.
I thought about starting Diablo 2 over with a different class, but I was unsure if I can really care to replay it all just to try a new character. I "finished" it once with the warrior type. Same with Nox, it is supposed to give a bit different story and places with different classes, but I don't feel like it. I prefer party-based CRPGs like Icewind Dale that let me play with many different classes at the same time, with one playthrough.
Part of this is also because nowadays I have such an abundance of unplayed games, so I force myself to play something new, even if I get an urge to replay Starcraft Age of Empires again.
