I can't seem to be able to email GOG, a download was stopped by my security software saying the download has a "Trojan".
I need some help with this, And why won't they let me email them, the thing just runs me in a circle, and I'm getting dizzy.
It's a false positive.

But just out of curiosity, what is the game and what is your AV?

Here. Fill out the form, generate a system report and attach it (it'll tell you how), and click "Submit".

But it's pretty certainly a false positive caused by heuristic analysis (basically, your AV comparing the program's structure to that of know viruses and finding some similarities).

And what was the name of the virus being reported?

And what game were you downloading? Maybe someone else has run across the same problem with the same game.

I wasn't going to point that out but this is the third time I've viewed this thread as I;m still seeing notifications that a new post is here. Putting in a reply in an attempt to clear the notification.
