I open the game and it goes through the questions and asks for disk2, I then can go nowhere. Any advice is appreciated.

Go there and describe not only the error, but how your game is setup ( do you run it from Galaxy ? or from dosbox directly / through a shell ? to me what you describe is lookalike to running the install programme rather than the game exec ) and your OS.

(Disclaimer : i own EOB, but only game of the series I have installed at the time is EOBIII , which doesn't have this kind of issue )
