Fallout London falling or crashing / travel to a Covent garden. Any suggestion solve that problem?

Far as I recall though, those kinds of crashes happen fairly frequently. If its happening on fast travel then I suggest travelling to somewhere "near" and walking from there, or waiting a few hours and trying again.
