The most underwhelming trailer for anything Star Wars ever. Seriously, this is so bland and dour.

Call me when they release a real trailer. These "teaser" trailers are always underwhelming.

I haven't even seen the other two new Star Wars movies. So why should I give a fuck about Episode VIII?

Hey! You no the rules! No using the F word until the weekend!

And I can totally respect people not caring or being sick of these movies, but I love them, and if that makes me an asshole so be it. :D

So people are still excited about the next starwars episode. Even after that dreadful VII one. Well, with the bar so low, you'll be certain to enjoy episode VIII no matter what.

Personally, I'm really looking forward to it.

I wish. I'm fully expecting it to be worse :P Ep VII was directed by the guy who made the new Star Trek movie and Super 8- movies I really enjoyed. This one is made by the guy who made Looper- the piss poor Terminator rip-off.

I loved E7.

As long as we don't get another robo-Tarkin. That said, I find it interesting that the off-shoot RO was a significantly better Star Wars movie than TFA. Let's hope they do less rehashing in E8.

I still haven't seen Rogue. I could never safely get down to the theater when it was playing up here; too damn much snow.

Hmmm. On one hand we have a contract killer who murders people who are sent to the past (so there's no evidence remaining), on the other hand we have time-traveling robots that want to destroy all humans. One is not like the other.

Sometimes I actually prefer teasers. Some trailers feel like a 2.5-3 minute version of the movie with all the plot points spoiled.

Maybe they should just make teasers and release them like a month before the movie. It's not like they need to hype this movie up because people don't know about it.

Hopefully it won't be rehash of ESB the way that E7 was a rehash of ANH. They will quickly lose me if they don't bring something new to the table.
Rogue did not fully work for me, but it was more interesting then TFA. I liked that, for the first time in the Stat Wars Universe, it suggested that the Rebels were not always Goody Two Shoes ,and could be pretty damn ruthless and get their hands dirty.
