Bought gangsters pc game and the menu has no words on menu and when u pull up the city map page , the cursor goes back and forth from center to whereever u got the mouse makes it impossible to even play the game also lagging when playing the week through

Btw Windows 10 is not officially supported, but if you can't get it working, GOG might give you store credit.

Someone had the same problem last week and it had something to do with W10..

Silliness and game references aside, there is the game's own forums which another user posted above(which may have info to help you), there is the support tab above(then click game technical issues, then click contact us on the page that opens & fill out the form and send it to gog), and also you could try making sure to not buy(if you did) a game not supported by gog for your OS(if that is the case).

While you try fixing your issue/contacting gog support/etc I hope you enjoy the site in the meantime. We have games like 3/three words, 1/one word, the ban game, and many others. We also have giveaways for some games once you have been a member long enough(although some users let anyone enter as well), and many fine threads on games/media and more here and on the other subforums.
