I cannot find how to add game to my library. I can add game to my library or not? That is a contest to win the game?

The linked post says says "This feature has been disabled for the time being, folks!" and was last edited 21 Sep, 2021 so it looks like this hasn't been possible for a long time.

This is a mature rated adventure RPG game that is divided into two chapters.
If you love gore and love games with nonsensical horror, this game is for you!
Don't expect graphics because it features pixelated to Microsoft Paint artwork.
Don't let that discourage you if you want some horror and dark humor.
It is choices-matter game and most often you are forced to decide between the bad and the ugly.
It is that type of adventure game that can give you a creepypasta feel, except the game is being serious.
Most of the gameplay relies on a side scroller style.
Reminds me of POSTAL.
Just expect chaos and don't play this at work.

Do you want mayhem and firepower? This game has it all!
Compared to previous games, it has new weapons and modes.
Graphics look smoother. New war scenarios are added for players to practice on the battlefield.
