It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

Hi, I've been a GalaxyClient user for a while, I'm running macOS 10.12.5. The problem is: I open the GalaxyClient, the app icon starts bouncing on the dock but then it never opens/quits. A few seconds later, the app launches again but quits. It does this one more time until finally not opening at all and then showing a message saying "GalaxyClient quit unexpectedly. Click reopen to open the application again. Click report to see more detailed information and send a report to apple.". I can open any games I have installed, only not from within the client, since it never opens.

One other thing to note is that I was running the beta client when this happened, so I deleted it and downloaded the newest version, but I still have the same problem. I don't know if there are any temp files I have to delete on my machine or what I can do to fix this.
