LegoDnD: While we're at it, Relic Hunter was Tomb Raider in a Groucho Marx mask.
Damn, this is Tomb Raider in TV format. Wonder if it was inspired by Tomb Raider or its just parallel thinking since it aired 3 years after the first one was released.
Breja: I feel like while obviously Uncharted ows a huge debt to Indy, ultimately National Treasure and maybe Sahara (I seem to be in a minority to really like that movie) feel closer the Uncharted games.
A pity the actual Uncharted movie was such crap.
Nathan Fillion's 8 minute video was better than the damn movie. Fillion was likely too old to play Drake, apparently since a sequel is now confirmed as well but its a shame since he played it really well.
Braggadar: If you're talking Alien, sure - that flamethrower appeared to be put together by the crew. If you're talking Alien
s, no - that was a genuine weapon of the Colonial Marines. The only thing she cobbled together in Aliens was taping the flamethrower to the side of her pulse rifle.
Alien. I also felt Dead Space was similar to Alien by the fact that the person who survives isnt some trained soldier with futureistic weapons but a resourceful warrior who cobbles together stuff to survive.
