Everything that's not too action-oriented and time sensitive, I guess. Point-and-click adventures, turn-based games (e.g. Shadowrun series, Expeditions: Conquistador, Steamworld Heist, TB strategy), even some slower real time RPGs might work (e.g. I play Evil Islands with touchpad, too), and puzzle games. Or arcade games, action adventures and platformers that you can play with keyboard only (like the early Tomb Raider games; IIRC, UnEpic works fine, too).
I guess this is not what you had in mind, but if you own a gamepad, there's a lot of games you can play without mouse as well. ;) Granted, you'd have to plug it in just like a mouse, but the advantage is that you don't need any extra space, no smooth surface like you'd need for the mouse, so you could theoretically play anywhere.
