Some people prefer the German voice acting in the Anno and Settlers games over the English versions. And not just because German is their own first language.

Are there any other games on GOG where a non-English version is worth checking out? Provided the player understands the language, I mean.
S.T.A.L.K.E.R. series - though you can run them with subtitles (this may require modding for the gog version - not 100% sure).
I hear speed runners of games like different languages other than English, but that is because it is a tiny bit quicker or something.
Cultures i prefer the german version. At least the first cultures has a nice voice in the intro and the narrator of each mission starting or finishing a mission is when he speaks.
It's similar to settlers in a way but much more micromanaging.
Also don't know if cultures 2 has a narrator since i haven't played it in ages but the cultures northland and cultures 8th wonder of the world don't have a narrator i think.

That may have to do with the fact that Anno and The Settlers are german series. Cultures as well. ;)

Likewise, Arx Fatalis and Dark Messiah Of Might & Magic have a good french VO, which does not come as a surprise, as they are french games.

I found the VA for the french version of Psychonauts to be surprisingly solid and faithful to the original.

Serious Sam (at least The First and The Second Contact) I prefer to play in its french version, as Sam's voice actor is (or was, since he died a couple of years ago) Bruce Willis's dubber. It is my understanding that the german version also enjoys the Willis touch. ;)
The original Pathologic was widely recognised as having a rather bad translation and a bad english dubbing.
Gothic
Gothic II

Reportedly the Japanese VO in Shadow Tactics: Blades of the Shogun is pretty solid and preferable to the cheesy Engrish VO as well.
Original War - english dubbing is terrible, polish is much better. In fact entire english translation is not great, the tone and intention of many dialogs is different in both those versions, in polish one more logical and coherent than in english version.,

I would recommend at least playing with english subtitles and polish dubbing (it is possible to "mix" those two things in game options - for sure in "new" version, not sure about legacy one).

Knightshift/Polanie II - sadly, english version is mutilated in almost every aspect, partially due to the fact that it was "westernized" in comparison to polish version, game lost a lot of its climax and charm. Polish version is much better option. I don't know though if it is somehow possible to "mix" english translation and polish dubbing.
In Poland, many say that the Polish dubbing for the Witcher games is superior. I disagree. I think English sounds better and more professional while Polish is overly theatrical and overacted. It's worth checking out though.

Also i think Polish dubbing for TS2:10A is better
S.W.I.N.E has superb German voice acting (redneck pigs vs emo rabbits).
Nioh & Nioh 2.

I also liked Ghost of Tsushima's Japanese voice acting (the English wasn't bad in that game though!), but had to switch to English because I'd miss too much during the frantic scenes trying to read subtitles during a twitch-reflex element.

I suspect a general trend will be "the voice acting is always going to be best in the native language of the development team".

related: I hate that "fantasy fake stage British accent" that voice actors always use in... practically every game/movie. It's irksome (and immersion breaking).

related2: The localization teams that have done the recent Squenix games like Dragon Quest and World of Final Fantasy have been OUTSTANDING. I mean, of those I've played. I feel good differences and effort went into each when I change the language.

I like the Norwegian voice acting in Dreamfall: The Longest Journey. It may be a bit cheesy, and many of the actors are well-known Norwegian soap actors and comedians, but I love it. I know many of the quotes by heart. I've heard the Norwegian voice acting in the first game is excellent too, but sadly it's not included in the GOG version.
The Daedelic adventures are usually criticized for the bad/annoying English dubs but have good German ones. You can usually play them with German audio and English subs. The exception is Anna's Quest, that only has a Good English dub. Memoria and Chains of Satinav have German audio on Steam and Huble but not here. You can apply a German mod to the GOG version but will be stuck with German subs in that case. Humble versions are DRM-free and come with a Steam key (you can gift) so...you know where to get them.
The Metro Series, play those gameswith Russian VO make them more immersive!!!
I also think that Darksiders Warmastered Edition has a terrific Japanese dub, but you have to enjoy that anime style of dubbing.
