I bought a game (corsairs gold), the game does not work, it spills when I turn it on. How do I solve a problem or apply for a refund?

You need to include more information though if you would like help from the community such as system specs, any errors that appeared (If any) and how you are running the game.
Well, you should give us a few more infos, so we can maybe solve your problem. Infos like OS, CPU, Graphics card, and so on.
Also, if you use Galaxy or not.
After starting the game. I am trying to start the campaign an error is displayed.

I've noticed in the reviews for the game some people are having similar issues and are reportedly fixing it by changing the game directory/ installing it in a different directory
