Well, this is embarrassing. Trying to send codes for a giveaway, I pop them into the redeem page to make a link, and I get a message saying that they're already used. I try some other codes I have and they don't work either. Unless I'm stupid, I'm pretty sure I haven't used any of these codes, they were all paid with PayPal, and my order status still shows as "not yet redeemed." What's up? :(

I know there's an option to contact support for this particular issue, but I doubt I'd get a timely response at the moment.

Well, if you did not get them recently, the gift codes are probably broken and you need to get them replaced.
Had this happening several times in the last weeks with older giftcodes.

Aw, that sucks. It seems to only be codes between September and December of 2015. Newer codes and older codes still seem to work. I just feverishly went through all my chat messages to make sure I never sent any of them, too.

Oh well, ticket sent to support, I hope I hear back from them soon.

Edit: Got a PM from a staff member, this seems to be the case.
