When did you send it? GOG support usually isn't around much on the weekends.
Regardless, be patient as these things take time.
There was a bit of a glitch Thursday or Friday, too, where a number of folks (myself included) were having various problems with the library. Got resolved sometime Friday, I think it was. Have you checked your library again to see if it's working, or is this an issue from today?

Have you tried accessing your library through the website? That will help narrow down if it's a Galaxy problem or a library problem. Keep in mind that Galaxy is optional - it's not a requirement to access or run your games. I point that out since some new folks aren't aware of that.
