You notice, that you're arguing against yourself here? You say, you made the error of not killing a good player in a prior game and that turned out bad. Now, you had a good player on your tail in this game. It would be a natural reaction, that you didn't want to repeat the previous error and go for the kill this time. Hoping, that the 'I wouldn't do that as scum' argument would keep you in the clear.

About the missing players having no internet: that is possible, though unlikely to hit two players at the same time. Still, I hope this is the explanation. Since intentionally not playing would be very bad style.

I actually have my note files saved from the last several games...that said, they are a bit sparse.
(I am trying to take more notes, but I either forget to do so or I put it off and then forget in a number of instances)

"Fun fact": part of the reason why I seemed to "flip-flop"(correct term?) when explaining myself to ZFR in this game(and others in other games) is because of the same memory issues....I forget sometimes what I partially/fully meant with some word/action of mine in these games, and then I try to recall my motivation behind such words/actions when asked as best I can....instead of just saying "I don't recall atm" when that's the case(I am a bit embarrassed of my memory problems, as y'all can likely tell).

Well not gonna self vote(despite what I said partly out of frustration due to IRL issues on D1). Lift is as good as any, but they are(imo) a competent player, and I don't want to see them lynched if they're town(I mainly voted them on D1 so we could have a wagon...as they were the only viable one then besides me). I'd happily vote almost anyone else, though.

Well, ok, there is Book's Post 84(the first bit of it)...it seemed a bit off to me...probably nothing as usual, though, given my track record and all.

Forgot to mention there the major reason why I didn't NK that player in the prior game: I didn't want eyes drawn on me

Of course that player and others then found me out anyways...turning my "grand attempt at strategy" back then against me.

I was more pointing out one IRL thing that might prevent players from contacting the forums/game/OP of said game/etc.....of course it could a number of things....essentially I was trying to point out that they might be in IRL situations where they are too busy to contact the game/OP of the game or cannot do so for some reason.

Well we WERE scum together that one time, and you know me.....i'd be more likely to pick someone that wasn't focused on me the prior "day" at random from the town player pool.

(of course now I know a new strategy and might NK the one most focused on me the prior "day" if ever scum again...but then I might not.....good chance i'd maybe forget this idea/strategy at some point anyways)

Well I somewhat was starting to lean ZFR town by end of D1, so if he had survived i'd likely have focused on others(to find scum from among them) while hoping ZFR was town.

I still haven't heard back from Flocke and nmillar. If they don't respond in the next couple of days I'll start looking for subs and consider extending the day or maybe putting the game on hold for a few days. At least Lift may benefit from that.

Hmm. If we had only one lurker now, I would vote them to incentivize coming back. But we have two and I can't vote both. Still, at this time their absence is beyond the question of scum or not. It's hampering the game.

How long do you plan to give them after that prod, before replacing them for inactivity? Maybe I am too impatient. But two players missing in such a small game is really bad.

Also, the reason that I didn't vote you earlier was--I was consciously deciding not to vote because "they're suspecting things" (Oklahoma tune coming through there) but for a reason; I had to take the time to separate the knee-jerk tendency towards a reactionary vote and make sure I had a semblance of a real reason.

Though to your credit is your question of GH that I just had and logged in to ask.

It's still (most of....the rest is listed below) the truth....as I said, i'm not as good at these games in general, and recent IRL threw my game off even more so(didn't make as many notes, not noticing much as my mind is sometimes elsewhere, etc).

Well I could've voted you, but your IRL situation(that you posted about earlier) made me take a bit of pity on ya.....and as such I decided to give ya a free pass for now.

As for Book.....I took little notes so far, so have little to go on, and one of the notes/game posts I focused on was Book's post 84(first bit of it, book's reply and the bits they were replying to)....it seemed (if read a certain way) to be a tiny bit off to me. Of course it's likely i'm chasing shadows...again....but eh: it's hopefully better than using random.org to pick someone at random.
