Is the english GOG support mail adress still support@gog.com?

Was last time I checked.
You may have better luck via the support ticket system though as it routes to the specific employees who handle specific areas. (Or in theory it does.)

They also have the privacy@ and legal@ email addresses. privacy is for privacy concerns. legal is for escalations.

The support ticket system is not suited for my request for GOG. I wish to request GOG to contact Goblinz Studio to pressure them to release their dlc for the GOG platform which has been almost 2 and a half months on steam with no release for GOG yet.
The GOG ticket bot system however is only for technical issues as refeunds or technical problems like the game not running. This is a different kind of issue but i would like to ask GOG to intervene and speak to the developer on the user bases behalf.
