anyway if the policy is only about GWENT then its no need for me to know more, i dont use GWENT nor Galaxy

Hey,

We’re updating our User Agreement and Privacy Policy, the documents that govern our relationship with you.

Why?

Along with the changes to be brought by GWENT’s upcoming update (A.K.A. Homecoming), we decided to streamline GWENT’s player data flow. Until now both GOG and CD PROJEKT were responsible in some extent for your data if you played GWENT. We decided it will be more reasonable to have all in one hands, that is: GOG’s. We wanted to reflect this in the legal documents along with some recent best practices in consumer rights.

What?

Privacy Policy: we added references to GWENT: Homecoming for if/when you play this game (to tell you what information we collect, how, why etc). User Agreement: we added a reference to GWENT: Homecoming and a few other things like confirmation that we enable cross-border portability of GOG games under EU law and clarification that you need certain computer hardware to enjoy GOG games. Plus we did some minor tidying up of the documents. You can see the updated documents here.

How?

We’re notifying you now by email, the updated versions are on the GOG.com website and the changes take effect 30 days from now (you'll find more information about this in our User Agreement).

Do I need to do anything?
