Doesn't the wishlist fulfill this function, to a degree? If games accrue a lot of wishlist votes, and they are able to come here, shouldn't they be accepted? Or at least, games with high wishlist votes should be made a priority? Granted an increased wishlist focus could run into a problem if people are making a lot of dummy accounts.

I would prefer it if they had one curated part of the store and one dark side of the store that's uncurated. That way, people who complain about games not passing curation could just buy it from the uncurated part of the store. If the game does well there, it would be easy enough to promote it to the main store.
