Don't think anybody gets FPP for Crookz? Shouldn't, at least, based on that.
True about the rest in that list, but regCN is the never used region. No game has a regCN price except the bugged Sheltered and Crookz where the price in it, along with other lesser used ones, was never dropped when it dropped otherwise.

Sheltered doesn't seem to have a recorded drop from 19.99 to 14.99, but nevertheless the lesser used regions get 19.99. Maybe it was a prerelease drop or something?

Confirmed. I, being in regIT, would have to pay $21.49 for Crookz and I wouldn't get any compensation.
