Recently discovered the youtube channel "GmanLives" and watched his video on the "Duke It Out In Doom" mod for Doom and Doom 2. Basically, the mod adds all of Duke's catchphrases and weapons into Doom and Doom 2. Really cool stuff. Video and mod links are below.

I'd like to be in for the giveaway. Thanks for the chance. :)
Thanks for giveaway! I'm in.

I've just discovered that my favorite Capcom artist is Kinu Nishimura. Previously, I hadn't attached a name to the art.

Look for some Armored Warriors character artwork (the pilots and the villain) and you'll immediately recognize the art (assuming you've seen plenty of official Capcom artwork in your life).

I'm in! Thanks for the generosity!
I seem to remember you had a very different avatar last I saw you on here. Hope yer well enough! (not in)
In. The designer of Call of Cthulhu (1981 tabletop RPG) was also a designer for a lot of the classic DOOM and Quake maps.
Sandy Petersen designed 19 DOOM maps, 17 DOOM II maps, and 7 Quake maps for the official campaigns of the games while working at Id. He joined Id in 1993 essentially replacing Tom Hall after he had shown great interest in Wolfenstein 3D.

Nice giveaway btw, good luck!

I'm in, thanks!

Something interesting...uhhhh...I was at a wrestling show with ringside seats a few months ago and was finishing off an overpriced hot dog and chips dinner that I had to get at the show, and when Hornswoggle was making his entrance he stuck his hand right into my plate, grabbed a fistful of chips and stuffed them into his mouth. I didn't mind. I didn't need those chips anyway.
I'm totally in!

Siphonophores are pretty wicked.
I wonder what other weird ass creatures live that we haven't even seen yet.
Thanks for the chance, I'm in.

Fact: Mosquitoes are the world’s most dangerous animal, about 725,000 people are killed every year by mosquito-borne diseases. (Last night I was bugged by them)
Thanks a lot, I'm in.

I understood how the Build Engine works only a couple of years ago (the Portal system was a mind blowing easy to understand yet genial concept), thanks to a research done for the university. Thanks to this research on the first 3D game engines I was able to discover many myths and interesting anecdotes about the people who most contributed to the creation of these engines. But the fact that most surprised me the most is that there were so many for such a short period of time.
Finally there are the many interesting facts around the strange code of the build engine:
http://fabiensanglard.net/duke3d/code_legacy.php
It's just amazing how many things you can understand just by trying to understand how the build engine works.

After that one of my future project will be to create a small engine that works with the same concept of buld engine but without copying the code... I just really want to do it.
Something interesting... I guess the interesting thing is, I won't win and will likely end up buying the game here in the fairly near future (and probably again through 3D Realms, though at a point much further into the future). That's really not interesting at all, but it's all I got.
Trust me . Never buy Trainz if you don't have enough patience .
Not in.

But thanks for the giveaway! +1
Good luck to all participants (however I'm not sure if wishing luck to everyone changes anything ;).
