Sorry for the newb questions but I am guessing that the goodies listed for Cyberpunk wont be available until the game is actually released? Even though my account has been opened for a bit it was the first game I actually purchaed as I wanna support CPR, Just want to make sure I am not missing something cool as it is my first pre order.

Most likely that is how it will happen. Although to be sure you could write a post

We, at support, would say that... Goodies will be available for download on the day of Cyberpunk's release in April 2020 ;)
