And i decided for Project Hospital with the free doctor mode dlc and Hospital services dlc.
Can't afford more of the dlcs right now.
Never played this game i only beat Theme Hospital before.
How do the dlc work for this game?
Do they just add more stuff or are there any campaigns extra?
